By accessing or using Polyzodiac (the "Service"), operated by Mortex LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Polyzodiac provides personality readings and analyses based on various personality systems including Western Zodiac, Chinese Zodiac, Numerology, Celtic Tree Astrology, Tarot, and others. Readings are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

3. Entertainment Disclaimer

All readings, analyses, predictions, and personality descriptions provided by Polyzodiac are for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, legal, or relationship advice. You should not make important life decisions based solely on the content of your reading.

4. Purchases and Payments

Certain features of the Service require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree that:

  • All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
  • You will receive a permanent access link to your reading after purchase.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
  • If you experience a technical issue with your reading, contact us at henry.m.martinez93@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content of your readings.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Polyzodiac, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mortex LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchased readings are licensed for personal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mortex LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
